Invitation to three community events

Congregations for Social Justice would like to invite us all to attend three events in the upcoming weeks. Learn how to end racism and Islamophobia at the Islamophobia and Racism Workshop. Be part of the process at the Avent Ferry Corridor Design Alternatives Presentation.         Islamophobia and Racism Workshop 
There will be a Racism and Islamophobia Workshop is sponsored by the Movement to End Racism and Islamophobia and the North Carolina Conference chapter of the Methodist Federation for Social Action. There is no charge but a $10 donation is appreciated.
   Saturday March 17th 2-5 pm.

Avent Ferry Corridor Design Alternatives Presentation from City of Raleigh
"We invite you to a presentation of design alternatives for the Avent Ferry Road. The alternatives are based on previous rounds of public input and emphasize four key components of the corridor: streetscape improvements, Mission Valley Shopping Center, Avent Ferry Shopping Center at Gorman, connectivity and transit"

Bringing It Home: Ending Homelessness in NC
Registration now open for Bringing It Home: Ending Homelessness Conference is hosted by the NC DHHS Division of Aging and Adult Services, the NC Housing Coalition, and the NC Coalition to End Homelessness. NC's annual conference for homeless service providers is where national experts and local providers will share innovative practices for providing shelter and housing services in our communities.
