Healthcare in NC is in a state of crisis.  A number of people are either underinsured or have no insurance, and rising costs are putting coverage further out of the reach of many.  Our rural communities often lack an adequate number of primary care doctors.  How can we ensure a better healthcare future for North Carolinians?

Please join Representative Ball and panelists Mark Benton, Deputy Secretary for Health Services at DHHS, John Thompson, Managing Partner of the Paratum Group, Barbara Morales Burke, VP Health Policy & Chief Compliance Officer, BCBSNC, Michael Soboeiro, MD, doctor of internal medicine as we discuss what can be done to alleviate this healthcare crisis.
