Our next meeting is Thursday, November 29th, 7pm, where participants are invited to bring a list of ten actions they take in life that "ground" them and bring them a sense of stability in an ever changing world. For Kathleen Norris, it's doing the laundry. For Julia Cameron, it's calling an old friend from grade school or baking bread. What "grounds" you?
