- yearly reports from the Ministries and Committees (The Moderator will include time in the agenda for questions, but you might also contact the report authors to get a more leisurely answer.)
- draft minutes of the November congregational meeting (To be approved/amended)
- slate of officers and ministry/committee members and chairs (The Nominating Committee is still working on this slate; contact Marty Lamb if you are interested in serving. We will elect them at the meeting.)
