Can I compost this at CUCC?

I'm soiled.  Compost me!
If I were clean, recycle me.

Thanks to one of our on-the-ball members, we know the answer to this question:

Are soiled paper grocery bags (with or without paper handle) compostable?  Yes!

As Sarah Worp of CompostNow said, "Compost on!"
