An Insider's Look at the NC Legislature

What can we expect from the NC General Assembly this session? Our own Cynthia Ball, a Democratic State Representative now in her second term in the NC House, will give us her insider’s perspective.   Now that the GOP has lost its super majority in both the House and Senate, Rep. Ball will discuss the chances for greater bipartisanship, Medicaid expansion, and possible legislative action on gerrymandering, and what she believes will be the legislature’s focus.
