At the congregational meeting on May 4, Frank Gailor (on behalf of the Ad Hoc Property Committee) announced that a non-profit corporation is being formed to oversee the property adjacent to the church (closing scheduled for May 9 at 2 PM). The name of the new non-profit is Community Church Low-Income Housing Corporation. The initial Board of Directors for the non-profit will be appointed by Church Council, but the intent is to roll over the selection of these board members into the annual congregational elections for ministries and committees.
