This week as we celebrate Earth Day, we thank God for special trees in our lives. Add your special tree to our gratitude list on our Facebook page.
We thank God for
Susanās tree, the Josephine Tree
Ruth Annās trees, the cherry trees in DC.
Meganās tree grove where the Oaxaca team gathered in at CEDICAM. Shady, peaceful and beautiful... and we were given pinecones by little Sophie there too--everyone but Mason:)
Carmenās tree, the Angel Tree in South Carolina.
Elenaās trees, aspens because they remind her of our their dog Aspen.
Joanās tree, one she remembers from her childhood, a sweetgum in her front yard. Best climbing tree ever.
Bronwenās tree, the dogwood in her yard.
Carolās tree, a dogwood in her garden that ALWAYS blooms around Easter time, and to her that is so significant!
Jasonās tree, a massive, ancient white pine at the top of a hill overlooking a lake in Northwest Ontario. Might even have an eagleās nest in it.
Maria's trees, dogwoods because they are a sign of Spring.

Can you see the orange beak of the cardinal nesting in Jane's special tree, a weeping yaupon holly outside their bedroom window? |
