Sharing the Grief of the Loss of a Loved One
Our prayers are with McCray Harris and his son, Josh, at the death of their beloved Nicole, Josh's wife. Nicole Graziano Harris was laid to rest on Friday, May 17th at Palm Beach Memorial in Lantana, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that you send a donation in Nicole's name to Sunny Shores Sea Camp or to the South Florida Make a Wish Foundation, (two organizations that made a tremendous difference in her life. McCray shared this video of Nicole's appearance singing on the NBC Today Show.
Update from Josh: It was wonderful to have the CEO of the Make a Wish foundation attend the funeral and personally testify to how much Nicole's unique wish changed the organization. He shared with us how her story and performances at their fundraising galas led directly to the funding of hundreds of other wishes for these special and deserving children, and how they had inspired individuals who had vocally questioned the organization's value to make large contributions. Contributions made in her name to the Florida branch of Make a Wish will go specifically to wishes of kids who, like her, have dreams of performing and it would mean the world to us if you could update the link to help us make this possible.
