Campaign Nonviolence will be hosting a three-part event on Saturday, August 24 to raise awareness of racial and criminal justice.
At 5 p.m. that day, a rally will begin on Bicentennial Mall with a march to begin at 6 p.m. The march will end at First Baptist Church, 101 Wilmington St. where the film “Wilmington on Fire” will be shown after dinner.
Robert Parrish plans to attend the movie and you can sit with him. Call him to let him know you will be looking for him.
To make a reservation for the dinner and movie, please call or text 919-559-5549 and leave your first name and the word “Justice.” A love offering will be accepted to cover costs.
