Tai Chi—New Day and Time
Wednesday Mornings, 9:00am, in the Vaughan Fellowship Hall.
After warming up with stretching exercises, the group moves through ten Tai Chi movements which have been modified for people with movement limitations. In a standing position, we do the movement leading with the left foot, ground our energy, then repeat with the right foot, and finish by grounding our energy and meditating. Movements are performed slowly to music. No experience is required.
