CUCC is still composting, having arranged an every-other-week pick up from our partner CompostNow. That means those pizza boxes from the local restaurant you are supporting, and the scraps from the food you are now cooking during those long days at home now have a productive place to go! Here's their list of what can be composted.
If you notice that the outside compost bin is getting full, contact Gary Smith smithgk@mindspring.com. If we increase our composting, we can always go back to weekly pick up, keeping more local folks employed.
