Carbon Neutral CUCC - 2nd exploratory meeting

We continue our preliminary work to explore what it would mean for CUCC to set a goal of becoming carbon neutral.  We're just at the beginning of the work and welcome people with all kinds of perspectives and skills.

This is our second meeting to discuss and plan this strategy.
