During the COVID “hiatus,” the Property Ministry has moved forward with several renovation projects, including the restoration of the narthex exterior doors, the installation of the Memorial Meditation Garden walkway, new lights on either side of the sanctuary/MMG exterior door, upgrades to the Pilgrim House living/dining room as well as new hallway and office lighting, numerous painting projects and several landscaping improvements.
The latest project has involved stripping and restaining the narthex bench, which was created for CUCC in the 1980s. The cost of the restoration was outside of the Property Ministry’s budget and was covered by a private donation.
